sorry, linksys eh I would update the system image with a new bin file from the website or in the web interface, reset to factory settings some of these commands may apply at the terminal prompt if you use putty or telnet, since linksys is now a cisco

I was about to say the same there is also a command to flush the ram you might not even need updating, just sometimes you have to reload the ios from flash and flush the ram cache. if its cisco IOS or similiar log into it with putty and bash around
