I did a custom install of SquirelMail on Dreamhost. I have a database setup. However I get an error about the address book.

[Personal address book] Database error: no such table

I dunno how to setup the address book manually. Anyone know of a step by step to do so?

nm. Got the addressbook setup by finding instuctions to add it through ssh. But I interpretted to phpMyAdmin.

Now I can't get SpamRule to work.
