Was looking at my mobo and it will take 1200+ ram or the ram I was looking at was 1066mhz.

Would it be worth shelling out for this ram as currently have 667ram in my pc at the moment or would I be better with 800mhz.

I saw an artical from OC forums 2007 that mentions about down clocking ram to 533mhz with 2 sticks so that it meets the mobo's FSB of 1066mhz.

I wasn't too sure what they meant about this but I wouldn't want to waste money on 4 gig of ram going from 667 to 800 or 1066 if there wasn't going tt be a better performance increase.
