My favourite was always trying to beat 2 or 3 vs 6 or 5 computers.

My favourite was always trying to beat 2 or 3 vs 6 or 5 computers. Same here. I am looking forward to rounding some of my friends up for a good old fashioned LAN party... been years since I've had/been to one, and some new Starcraft comp-stomping is in order, I think.

I knew this would happen with starcraft 2 after blizzard took such an interest in the tournament community. It's all about stats and this build vs that build. The game isn't fun unless you get to tier up and they have successfully ruined it. It's all about instant gratification today. No one has patience anymore. They don't want to work hard to get success. They want the quick and easy way. I lost my appetite to game a few years ago, so today's games have no meaning for me.
