Long story short I had to swap a customers components from an scratched up dell xps red case to a new black one.
I asked em what he was going to do with the old one and he said probably store it away or toss it. I said throw it out in front of my house. He said if I did a good job I could have it if supervisor ok'd it. No one else even had the courage let alone ability to do that.

So I figured itd beat my old buster up apevia case. then I got to realizing the mobo metal plate that slides in, screws in a spot I wont have screws for. then the PSU is 1000 watts, but im not liking the look. only about 6 sata powers and 3 molex. very odd, I can put my corsair 650 in.
I just liked the side of it, the heavy ass aluminum sides and the big fans already in it.

Bah! Im still debating it. Its damn heavy and I cant take it home on the bus so I gotta wait till tonight or tomorrow for a ride.
My main concern is the metal plate to mount into the case. I forget, those come with the case and not the board right?
Also it def wont wit under my desk, so that will def lead to a cleaning and reorganizing project... Boo!

The case has a removeable motherboard tray? That comes with case. You can always drill your own holes and tap them for the standoffs.

Nod, I gotta bring that case home today. I wanna see if any friends have a spare tray. I tried looking in the recycle bin at work, and everything was mad old without trays.
I figure I can just drill holes and use cable ties Or something.
