It's free to play, but there is also a subscription fee for the fancier features. Frankly, the pricing is insane, but the free game is still cool.

You start in a small town with 39 other players. You have a limited number of action points each day, and everyone must work together to find supplies and upgrade the city.

So far I haven't survived a game more than a couple days, due to bad planning on my part, but I'm enjoying it.
