I need a program that does this.

1. Web user fills out a form to get added to a list.
2. Admin checks a special passworded page once a day to see if there are any new forms to deny or accept these people as users.
3. information is compiled and is able to be implemented into an html page about the user VIA SSL

hey I have a lot of cgi that I can upload to you so you can go though them & see if any fit your needs
