How did you make that bar that says

"Try a menu here, link mitosis"?????

All I see on mine is like some Header.include file

in the include header you put your htm code in there just the meat not the tag's & stuff like that
just the code
you can program anything you want java anything
what i did what names the include header file .htm then open it in front page did all the proraming saved it then dropped the .htm off the end of the file name hehe hacking hehe
anyway make sure it's just code & no tags
