Well I finally figured out what was causing the 691 error, when trying to use my RAS server on my domain controler. If you set up a RAS on a domain controler it seems to have dificulty using the DNS on that domain controler. So it is best to set RAS up on a different server than your domain controler. I set it up on my member server and it works great. Thanks for the input from this board, it really helped.
