hey for christmas i got vice city but the problem is i am already half way through the game cause i borrowed it from a friend so i wanna exchange it. i am thinking of getting

Socom.

socom is good, but most of the game demands a great deal of patience since it likes realism and most of the time on the later levels the level of patience and focus required from the game is a little more than a player wants to put out. With all that being said i still give it two thumbs up though.

i suggest Shinobi, very beautiful game.... great fighting, action, and also a surprisingly good plot. It's my favorite game right now.

Burnout 2 is excellent when playing multiplayer, not a realistic game though but fun as hell, even you hate racing games (like me)

Tony Hawks Pro Skater 4 - all console owners must have this one, MP isn't the greatest but it's the best singleplayer game for the PS2 ever

Fifa 2003 - fun, if you like soccer

Ratchet & Clank - supposedly a great singleplayer game, haven't played it myself

i have socom and shinobi looks goood but it is only one player i think, burnout 2 sounds good and so does testdrive

i like driving games and shoooters and in socom i am stuck at the 9th or 10th mission!

Burnout 2 is the shits, I have scared myself witless with the way I drive on that game.. hell its described in a playstation 2 magazine in England as :

"Four wheel skid frenzy which practically encourages you to drive dangerously.." and was rated 08 / 10
