ok having an error that will not allow me to boot 98 in normal mode but I can boot in safe mode .

An excetion OE has accurred at 0028:005F01F0 in VxD---.
this was called from 0028:C147B3A4 in VxD---.

looking around in support.microsoft.com but not coming up with this exact error
