Yes, it can. The DDR memory is only accessed by the card itself (primarily, of course the system has access to the RAM on the video card but not directly) so you don't have to run a DDR-based computer in order to use a DDR-based video card.
Oh Cool i didn't know that LViS thanks , after all this time thought my Mobo could never take DDR on the video AGP slot since on the manual does'nt say anything like that Well Thanks again......(*I think i'll go get me a New video card*)
