IMO, NO-IP is the best

It provides a Winnt / 2000 service which can run and keep everything updated automauitcally when booting up.

Its totally free, and Email forwarders and other cool features can be used.

I have never used anything else....

I've tried both.........

For some reason the NO-IP client updates the DNS server with my new IP, but still looks for the old one. I've read the docs, and while it states that the update time is approx. 5 mins, I'm still waiting (~3hours).

The DNSart client on the other hand, updates almost instantaneously - so god knows whats going on. Well I'll guess I'll use that for now.
