I understand the situation we are on is not very pleasant for the both parties & certainly we are having major problems. I'd like to keep you aware of the nature of problem[s] & explain the steps we have already taken to avoid this kind of nightmares happening again.
April 28th Monday night, our service provider - Boxnix LLC/ Voxel has accidentally removed our servers from their NOC & We are having problems in getting them back on track. Although we cannot expect such result from a responsible firm, I personally take the responsibility as we were not quick enough to move out of them from the first incidents.
At the moment the servers are offline & we are trying to get them online somehow just to take the data out to another server[s] - We have already signed up with a better NOC [ ADC/VDI ] which helped us to get some temp servers online in order to have your sites online as soon as possible. Our staff is working hardly on the issue as our first priority being getting everything back online. Please use this email address [

I apologize for the problems & downtime we had recently. Even though we didn't did anything to cause this downtime - We take the full responsibility of the incident.
